Shipping policy

Jessie G merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Production time is separate from shipping time. Available destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout.

Orders containing different products may ship separately. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can occur during production or transit. Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages may require additional reshipping charges.

For shipping questions, email jessiegmusic@gmail.com with your order number. Report a package lost in transit promptly so we can submit a claim to Printful within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. See our return and refund policy for claim coverage.
